For the purposes of terms of use: "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Widect while references to “You” and “Your” refers to the person accessing Online Channels (including person who access Online Channels on behalf of others); references to "Material" or "Materials" include software, programs, data, information and databases.
Your accessing and using Online Channels constitutes Your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of (these Terms of Use (the ‘Agreement’).
By using the Online Channels, You represent and warrant that You are, under any law applicable to You and Your using the Online Channels, an adult who possesses the legal right and ability to enter into binding contracts, including but not limited to this Agreement and to use these Online Channels in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

These terms of conditions of the Agreement shall also apply when You use Online Channels or areas of it through other internet sites which provide access to Online Channels in full or in part.
As the owner of Online Channels, We are entitled to any and all rights to organize, use and dispose of Online Channels and any Material contained therein. We may make improvements or changes to the information, services, products and other Materials or terminate Online Channels, at any time without notice. We may also modify the Agreement at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement on the Online Channels. Online services of Online Channels are provided solely for the purpose of enabling You to use of goods or services rendered by Online Channels. Without prejudice to Our other rights (irrespective of whether they are based on law or other regulations), We reserve the right to cancel services provided to You within the scope of cargo activities without notifying You and/or to deny Your access to Online Channels if You have contravened the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
Online Channels, solely as a convenience to You; contain links to other internet sites or webpages which are not established, maintained or edited by Us and similarly, there may be other web sites or webpages established, maintained or edited by third parties containing links to Online Channels. Use of those sites or pages are subject to terms and conditions imposed by the related third party establishing, maintaining or editing such site or page and providing link to such sites or pages through Online Channels does not constitute a guarantee by Us for the products or services that You will be receiving through such sites or pages and any disputes arising out of the products and services rendered by such sites or pages shall be dealt between You and the related third party establishing, maintaining or editing such sites or pages and You hereby accept that We have no responsibility or liability for use of such sites or pages and You will have no claims towards Us or any of Our affiliates, subsidiaries arising therefrom.
In case You wish to establish links to Online Channels, You shall notify Us of Your intention prior to doing so. We may deny permission for any such links to Online Channels. If however, We give Our permission for any such links, We are not under any obligation to establish reciprocal links with You or any third party. We expressly reserve Our right to prevent access to any link which in Widect’s sole opinion is inappropriate or withdraw Our consent at any time to any link. Failure by Us to exercise such right does not constitute acceptance of responsibility or liability in relation to such linked websites or pages.
Online Channels are owned by Us and operated by Us and/or Our suppliers. The intellectual property rights, including the copyrights, in the Material contained in Online Channels and any of Our trademarks and brands included in that Material belongs to Us and/or Our licensors and/or suppliers.
No Material, information, software, products or services obtained from Online Channels may be modified, copied, displayed, performed, licensed, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold, distributed, researched, recovered, monitored or retrieved in any way, without Our prior written permission. You are allowed to download only one copy of the Material on a single computer solely for Your own personal non-commercial use only, provided that You keep intact all accompanying copyright and other proprietary notices.

This Agreement and Your use of Online Channels or any Material contained in or accessed or downloaded from it and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such, shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Türkiye and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul/Bakırköy Courts. We reserve the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where You reside or where Your use of Online Channels has taken place.
Where the Agreement are translated into languages other than English, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version or other version of the Agreement, the English version of the Agreement shall prevail.
When You visit Online Channels, Our web server automatically saves the IP-address of Your internet service provider, Online Channels You are visiting Us from, the web pages that You visit on Online Channels and the date and duration of the visit. You hereby accept that We may use such information for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to marketing or resolution of disputes.
If You respond to a document published by Us with information including feedback data, such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of any of Our documents, such information will be deemed to be non-confidential and We will have no obligation whatsoever with respect to such information and may reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation.
